Check in
time after 4 pm no later than 11 pm on the
arrival date.
If you require a
later check in time please make arrangements when making reservation. Check
out no later than 10 am on the departure date. If you require a late
departure or early check-in, please contact Castle Rental to see if it is possible
to schedule, please be aware that additional charges may apply. PLEASE
NOTE: The majority of renters must be over 25 years of age. unless staying
with guardian.
$50.00 one night surcharge might apply to certain days.
Reservation process is: CHARGE (not pre-authorize) 50% of
deposit when people call to make reservation on their credit card.
Cancellation
Policy is 2 months prior to your arrival date to get all 50% deposit back
on the same credit card. One month prior, you get half of your deposit back
and none after that. Cancellation made due to medical reason, with a note
from your doctor, are 25% refundable.
Confirmation of Reservation
Once Reservation has been made and your deposit has been accepted You will
receive a confirmation letter with: - Rooming list and waiver forms that you
need to send back to Castle Rental via fax or mail (will speed up check-in process).

Pet policy: Cats are
not permitted at anytime. Dogs are accepted in specific units. If you
are staying in a pet free unit, there are absolutely no pets allowed during the
stay.
